HOSPICE OF THE VALLEYS INSPIRATION GALA

This awesome cake was Specially created and designed for the Hospice of the Valleys Inspiration Gala Event hosted at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, California. I designed this cake along side Hospice of the Valleys Director of Development, Gina O'Bryant and Developmental Assistant Sarah Gerow. This Cake represented some Incredible concepts. First Honoring Shawn Nelson, the former city manager and founder of Jacobs House, Then Highlighting the Hospice of the Valleys Logo [Edible] and Finally Displaying and Supporting the Jacob's House Organization with their Hand crafted Logo on the top of the cake that I created! Gina and Sarah Absolutely LOVED the cake and We were all practically ecstatic at the final results of our Design. This cake also features one of my *New* Wedding Cake Stands that I am now available to offer for My Upcoming and Future Weddings! It seemed to create an even larger presence for the cake and gave me a million reasons to be proud this day. SILLY LITTLE PENGUINS

This Cake was so much fun to make! I found myself cracking up almost every other second while watching the individual personalities of my penguins come alive. This cake was ordered by my cousin Kyle Jensen and his Girlfriend Ashley for their Penguin Obsessed Roommate Vanessa. They expressed her love for Aqua Blue and Lime Green Colors and allowed me to use them as inspiration for which ever design I chose to do. While keeping the actual cake design simple, I found that Funny little Penguins that were full of life and sliding on little ice caps were the ticket to an adorable cake! With the touch of a few Snow Ball piles and Edible glitter it came out perfect! I hope you enjoyed your cake Vanessa!

LITTLE BOYS-BRING SO MUCH JOY

This Adorable Baby Shower Elephant Themed Cake is the Second cake that I have had to Opportunity to create for two close friends for now both of their baby showers! (The First Cake being "Boy Oh Boy" in 2011) This cake was specifically done for someone who had so happen to be sitting at one of my tables at The Lazy Dog Cafe in Temecula. She had been browsing through pictures of cakes during lunch! I had immediately expressed to her, my love and ability to create cakes! Within a month I had created a Shower cake for her Close friend and I was now able to create her own Baby Shower Cake on this day! I absolutely loved the color combinations of Aqua blue, Grey and Yellow. They each brought a specific vibrance to the cake that seemed to light up the room. This cake design is also a combination of designs of some of my previous cake orders! The top was a replica of my "Riley and Zoe are 3" Cakes, as well as my Handcrafted Mommy and Baby Elephants from my "Elephants for Eden" Cake, along with many other cakes as inspiration. However with a lot less pink from those two specific cakes and the touch of a more Masculine Elephant, this cake turned out to be exactly the way I had hoped it to be.
