BLOSSOMING INTO A LADY
This Cake was done upon special request for a Friend of Mine's Sister, Jen Tuccinardi. She is such a Beautiful Girl and received this cake in Honor of her following her dreams towards going away to College and Joining one of the Best Cheer Teams in the Nation. She is moving across the Country to Morhead University in Kentucky. The Tuccinardi Family asked me to do an Amazing Personal cake for Her Going Away party to represent her New School Colors as well as her New Cheer Uniform. When I thought Of a Girl Following her Heart and Spreading her Wings from Home, I felt that nothing expressed that idea more than Blossomed Flowers and Visions of Classic Simplicity. Congratulations Again Jen! Have The Time of Your Life and Hurry Home Every Chance You Get To The Ones that Love You More than Anything :)

CHARGERS HIT THE 50 YARD LINE
The Story Behind This Cake Makes Me Smile. It was made for a Family that have been Regulars at both of the Restaurants that I have been employed at. Their Daughter Bella is one of the most Beautiful Little Girls and she always seems to make me smile when I see her. The Best part is that my relationship with this family has always been through small talk, such as the "How Are You's" and the "See You Next Times"and This Time, I was finally able to connect with them on the other side of my Apron and Serving Role. It was not even a week ago that I had the chance to Share my Passion and Newly Formulated Cake Business with them. Within Days later, Trish had called me to do a Surprise 50th Birthday Cake for her Husband Henry and I immediately jumped on the opportunity to do so. This Cake defiantly gave me the run around during the creation process but came together in the end, as my cakes always seem to do, Thankfully!

WELCOME BABY BOY
Nothing says sweet like a Quilted Baby Blanket, a Big Fat Bow and Polka Dots! I wanted to explore my pattern ideas beyond the cake itself for this piece. The idea of making the actual cake plate into a design rather than on the cake was an uneasy concept at first. However with a little creativity, it turned out to be absolutely adorable and was the exact answer I was looking for to complete the design of this cake! I always have to keep in mind that there needs to be a specific balance with design. Using specific accents and patterns can make all the difference in the world when it comes to art. Even On a Crazy Topsy Turvey Cake with a large variety of colors, patterns, designs and props coming out of the cake, there is still a balance, similar attributes and ways that the creator connects each layer to the other. As simple as this cake is, it defiantly put my mind to the test! And when Matching Polka Dot Sneakers came to my mind to compliment my new plate design, I was ecstatic!

BOY, OH BOY, OH LITTLE BOYS!
What I love about this cake, is the fact that it fell into my hands and I made it my own. What I mean by this, is that it was formulated from a story of mine. As I have mentioned I am also a Server at The Lazy Dog Cafe in Temecula, California. I had come up to greet one of my tables on the patio one day and they were looking at an Adorable picture of a Baby Shower cake and discussing who could make it for them. My eyes lit up and I immediately expressed my ability to duplicate their specific cake as well as put my own touch to it. They were thrilled and I was given another opportunity to practice, create and prove myself to those other than Friends and Family. I individually cut out each of piece of the Paisley pattern on the Bottom tier, Hand crafted the Adorable Blue Bow, Added My Little Brown Sneakers to the Top of the Cake and Bedazzled it with Lots of Glitter and Edible Pearls all over the cake. They loved it on Delivery Day and I was more than proud to present them with the cake.

LOVE CAN BE SIMPLISTIC
This cake was made for Mine and My Husband's 2 Year Wedding Anniversary! It is filled with My Banana Cream Cake with Chocolate Chips and Creamy Peanut Butter Filling. Let's just say My Husband could not stop eating it! Out of all of the cake designs in the world I decided to stick to a simple cake that is masculine but accented with a feminine touch, something most Men cannot live without :) And to be truthful I also decided to stick with a simple design due to the 3 other cake orders I had scheduled for that week as well! The flower on top was so easy to make, turned out adorable and My favorite part!
FIRE UP THE STREETS
This Cake was done for a Former Co-worker of mine and the best part, was that She LOVED It! I used a new edible painting technique with Gel Dye and a Secret Ingredient of mine ;) to give the cake a more Rustic look. I gave the base of the Cake a Cement look and engraved the Cement Lines to make it more realistic. The Brick work on this cake was a last minute decision and gave it the Exact look I was trying to go for! Aside from the Adorable Hand Crafted Fire Hydrant and my Rolled Up Fire Hose, My favorite were the little Silver Bolts that my Mother and I placed on the Fire hydrant! They were so tiny and yet practically transformed the look of the cake. Yet another Successful Creation and Something to be proud of .

A PRINCESS IN TRAINING
This cake was done for an old High School friend of mine Katelyn Brenier and her Sweet Little Girl, Aly Mackenzie's 1st Birthday. Interesting enough, Katelyn and her Husband Jason also have a 3 year Old Little Boy, Jase who was lucky enough to have a little sister born on the exact same day as him only 2 years later! If anything this Cake was a great way to celebrate Aly's first year in this world and to show how special she is, regardless of her shared birthday! Thank You Again Jason and Katelyn for allowing me to be apart of your Little Girl's Special day and Happy 1st Birthday Aly!

DA LAKERS GOT STYLE
This particular cake was a last minute order that I could absolutely not pass up! I had recently already created a Los Angeles Laker's cake, however this time I had the opportunity to expand on my ideas for this type of theme. A huge gold cake came to my mind, with a large glittery purple bow to compliment the idea of a "Birthday Cake". And of course, ever since I taught myself how to make those ADORABLE little sneakers, I have been trying to find every reason to be able create them on yet another cake! The Basketball is made entirely out of My Triple Chocolate Cake, Iced with my Sweet Buttercream Filling and covered in Fondant. The colors of this cake were so Bright and So fun to work with. I could not Thank My Mom enough for coming over to my house and cutting out over 60 Letters for me for all of the Lettering on this cake. I Love You Mom :) and I KNOW you love me for doing all of that.

THANK HEAVEN FOR LITTLE BOYS
This Cake Turned out to be So Adorable and even more Precious than I had expected it too! This Cake was made for some family friends of ours, The Slater's and their soon to be Little Grand-Baby! They have been a part of my Parents lives for a long time and I was ridiculously motivated to make them a cake as special as they are. My pride and bragging rights of this cake are all directed at the shoes! I recently just taught myself how to make them and it was my FIRST time attempting them. They were so sweet and made it clear that this cake was for a little boy who just might leave his little shoes untied the majority of his childhood. Thank You again Anne Slater for allowing me to create such a fun cake and Congratulations again Rob and Ann on Your Soon To Be Little Guy :)

WILD, CRAZY, YOUNG & *21*
This Cake was made for an Old High School Friend of Mine, Aubree Crowley whose personality alone was enough inspiration to make such a Unique and Vibrant Cake. I was exceptionally proud of how the Cheetah Bow and the Martini Glass turned out! I hand crafted Each and EVERY SINGLE little piece of the Cheetah printed pattern and lined the entire thing in Sparkly Edible Glitter. And Of course you cannot celebrate a 21st Birthday without a little bit of Spiked Juice! I also hand crafted the Martini Glass, Filled it with Hot Pink Royal Icing, Sprinkled it With Edible Glitter and Topped it with an adorable little Olive whom I give props to my Mother for making it so perfect and providing a Ton of Moral Support though out the Decoration Process! Love You Mom and Happy Birthday 21st Birthday Aubree!

THE BEAUTY OF ANOTHER YEAR TOGETHER
This Cake is the perfect example of one of My Smaller 1 Tiered Cake options. I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Demask Pattern and will introduce any excuse to be able create it on a cake! This Particular pattern, paired with My Scroll work reveals a timeless attribute that I feel is PERFECT for Weddings and Anniversaries. Thank You Erin for allowing me to practice such a beautiful Pattern for your cake!

THE WEDDING BLISS BEGINS
I am proud to say that this Cake was My Very 1st Wedding Cake Ever! She requested for the cake to have a simple, classic and beautiful look for the design. Other than that, I had free reign to explore any design I would like, which I was more than excited to do! However, aside from the freedom to create any masterpiece of endless possibilities, I could not steer away from the idea of simplicity for this cake. After the quilted pattern, hand sculpted flowers, the edible pearls and the scrolls of my Hand Piped Buttercream covering the cake, I think I nailed it :)

FUNKY GIRL MEETS GLITZ
This Cake was done for my Next Door Neighbor Jonathon as a surprise for his Girlfriend's 20th Birthday! He stated that she absolutely loved Stars, Hot Pink and Green and I immediately thought of adding a Zebra Printed Pattern to his Color Scheme to make it just THAT much more fun and exciting! I hand carved each and every last zebra stripe and coated my hand carved Bow and Princess Crown with tons of Edible Glitter! Luckily, I was able to Finish this cake a Day ahead of time, So I was able to Stare at it's "cuteness" for an extra day before giving it up! Loved The Ending Result :)

PRINCESS TEAGAN
My Mom and I were so incredibly happy with the ending result of this cake. This cake was made for The Bowen Family, whom are regular guests at my workplace, The Lazy Dog Cafe restaurant and were sweet enough to ask me to do their daughter Teagan's 2nd Birthday Princess Cake! I gave the cake a Sweet Pink look and added tons of my Hand Crafted roses, all edged with Sparkly edible glitter and touches of baby green leaves to add contrast to the cake. The Crown and the Lettering came out *Perfect*. I loved the girlyness of this cake and I know for a fact that it was just as Sweet as Sweet Little Teagan :)
FATHERS LOVE THE LAKERS
This Cake was literally a last minute order that I took on. At first I felt overwhelmed but luckily I whipped it up faster than imaginable! I had no idea what to do when it came to a basketball themed cake, so when a Jersey came to my mind, I took the Idea and RAN with it! I added some Gold Glitter, Purple Accents and of Course a Giant Basketball and I was set :) The Perfect Fathers Day Cake for a Lakers Fan for sure!

ZUMBA IT UP
This Cake was made for a friend of mine, Carlos Flomatic, whom I work with at The Lazy Dog Cafe. He is such a Sweet and Fun person and He absolutely loves Anything and Everything that has to do with Zumba Fitness. He teaches Zumba classes at several different locations. I even got the chance to go to one of them! I was sore for a week! He asked me to create his birthday cake that was truly inspired by his love for Zumba and I was more than happy to. Head phones, Speakers and Bright Colors all in order to, "Feel The Music" :)

THE LAZY DOG CAFE ANNIVERSARY CAKE
This cake was much fun to make and I could not have been more Honored to create it for The Lazy Dog Cafe in Temecula. Over my past year of being part of The Lazy Dog Cafe staff, I have found that no matter who you are, you are treated like family here. You are valued regardless of your position in this world. My Managers and Chef's generously invited my Husband and I to The Lazy Dog Cafe 1st Year Anniversary Dinner on June 6th , 2011. The Food was absolutely amazing and I was congratulated in more ways than one for creating a cake that complimented the Theme and Purpose of the Lazy Dog Cafe. After over 15 Hours of Detail work of hand carved letters, hand carved wood work going around the cake, and the additional polka dots, stripes, edible bolts and my favorite vodka paint brushed all over the cake with the Dedicated hands and help of my amazing Mom, I was more than proud to present this cake.
