TIFFANY BLUE FLARE

These Adorable cupcakes were created for My Best Friend & Amazing Sister, Kelly Elizabeth's Tiffany & Co. blue inspired Bridal Shower this past weekend! Each of these cupcakes were of course individually Hand crafted and personally designed myself, and I could not have been more proud of their ending result! I chose to elaborate on much more modern, unique side to Bridal Shower Bliss. I had WAY too much fun working with this particular blue color and fell in love with my edible hand painted silver accents rimmed along the flowers and through out several of my other cupcake designs. As her Maid of Honor and Wedding Cake Vendor, I only hope to do everything that I possibly can to make this experience THAT much more special for her...and I think this was a great start :)

MADE WITH LOVE

I had so much fun creating this cake! A friend of mine, Jill Padilla chose to order this cake In honor of her Nana's Birthday as well as her Love for Sewing. I learned that her Nana was a pretty creative person herself, so I felt that I had to do everything I could to honor a fellow crafty person :) I chose to hand create a traditional tomato push pin out of marshmallow fondant and fell in love with the different sized edible pins that I stuck all it!  I used a ton of stitch work on the cake to make it look as if it were sewn together and topped it off with a ton of funky edible buttons that MADE the cake! There isn't a sewing kit in the world that doesn't have a jar of random buttons, so I thought, perfect! Aside from the hand rolled spool of thread, the adorable metallic seam ripper and the edible hand painted measuring tape, what makes this cake so special is the blanket on top. Jill sent me a picture of one of her Nana's most prized blankets that she created by hand. So I then chose to recreate the, BY HAND, to personalize the cake that much more. I am sure that her Nana loved it and I was more than proud of this cake :)
